Return Process

  Log into your customer account or visit our online returns portal to select the item you wish to return and receive your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewelry in its original designer box along with all certification documents and diamond reports, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

  Insured Shipping

  Affix the prepaid, fully insured shipping label provided by our concierge team to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition and authenticity of the piece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
